Nasa Umbrella is pleased to be able to provide an array of AWR
compliant employment services to our Agency clients. Whatever
your AWR requirement please don't hesitate to contact us.
It's worth highlighting that all AWR compliant services
through Nasa Umbrella will remain at our market leading fee of
just £9.99 per week to the contractor.
Our default position will be to offer a fully compliant
'Matching Permanent Pay (MPP)' solution as outlined below.
Where you may have a requirement to operate any contractors through
a 'Swedish Derogation' model this is available. For any other
system or requirement, please advise Nasa Umbrella so the necessary
arrangements can be made.
Nasa Umbrella's suite of AWR services are as follows:
1. Matching Permanent Pay Model (MPP) -
DEFAULT
Key Features:
- Day 1 and Week 13 rights are provided by the client for the
temp (including basic pay)
- We flag the dates and details, providing a checklist of
compliance and request comparator data at Week 12 (if not already
received)
- Just £9.99 per week (which also gets tax relief)
- Generous HMRC approved expenses policy which increases the
temps take home pay
2. Swedish Derogation (PBA) Model
Key Features:
Contractor foregos right to basic pay equality but retains
all other week 12 entitlements under AWR
- Client is still responsible for day 1 and maternity pay
rights
- Temps benefit as we maintain our £9.99 per week
fee and do not charge for payments between
assignments - there is no extra charge from Nasa Umbrella
- Temp can still claim travel and subsistence costs - which
offset our fee many times over! (certain restrictions on lower pay
rates)
- Contracts documents are provided by a well-known and industry
leading tax and employment legal firm -Lawspeed Ltd
3. Limited Company Accountancy
Services
Provided by our sister company Nasa Consulting Ltd,
comprehensive and competitively priced Limited Company
services.
