Matching Permanent Pay (MPP)
This is the DEFAULT service
provided by Nasa Umbrella and is the service that you will be
operated under unless you or your agency notifies us otherwise.
MPP ensures that you receive at least equal treatment with
regard to Day 1 and Week 13
entitlements as outlined below:
Day 1 entitlements
- Access to client facilities (canteen, crèche, transport
services etc)
- Access to all internal job vacancies
Week 13 entitlements
- Basic pay
- Annual leave
- Overtime
- Bonus or commission
- Vouchers/stamps
How does it work?
The service will be much like that of the traditional
umbrella system as it exists now. For more details
please see our Umbrella Company section.
The only real changes will be in our back office function.
Nasa Umbrella will now request what is called 'Comparator
Information' from your agency when you have worked 12 weeks.
The information relates to the Week 13 entitlements above and makes
sure that you are receiving at least equal treatment where you have
worked 12 consecutive weeks at the client.
The vast majority of temps/contractors already earn more than a
permanent counterpart so it is unlikely that your pay rates will
change - this compliance information will generally have been
confirmed prior to you being offered your role/pay rate.
Fees
Our fee remains at £9.99 per week before tax relief.
