Bookkeeping is one of the most essential processes in running your limited company.

Bookkeeping is essentially the recording of revenue and expenses in your limited company and the building of a trial balance – something which we wouldn't be able to produce limited company accounts without. 

Nasa Consulting's bookkeeping service also extends beyond this to include the following;

• Bookkeeping

  • Provision of Nasa Consulting bookkeeping forms (inc. invoice template, expenses claim forms etc)
  • Advice relating to expenses (what can/can’t be claimed, how to claim them etc)
  • Maintaining statutory accounting records
  • Checking of business expenses (when submitted in appropriate format) and bank statements
    
    

• VAT Accounting

  • Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns
  • Initial remuneration advice
  • VAT scheme administration (Flat Rate or Standard)
    
    

• Limited Company Payroll

  • Preparation and submission of quarterly PAYE & NIC payment advice
  • Advice relating to drawings/salary
  • Completion of payroll forms (P60, P11D etc)
  • Monthly payslips (on request)
    
    

• Limited Company Secretarial 

  • Ensuring company information up to date (registered office etc)
  • Complete and file annual return
  • Dealing with HMRC on your behalf as Agent

As part of the bookkeeping services, Nasa Consulting will complete the relevant returns each period and send them to you – advising you of the amounts that must be settled with HMRC.  It will of course be your responsibility as Company Director to pay all VAT and Payroll returns in a timely manner to HMRC from your limited company bank account. 

All bookkeeping information will need to be sent to your Personal Accountant each quarter so we can keep your company books in order and produce limited company accounts from them at year end.
