Nasa Consulting can incorporate a limited company upon request, which is normally registered with Companies House within 24 hours.

Once confirmation from Companies House of the limited company formation has been received by Nasa Consulting, we send originals of the limited company documentation to you.  These documents must be retained as your future clients/agencies will require sight of them.  The documents you will receive will include:

• Share Certificates
• Certificate of Incorporation
• Memorandum & Articles of Association

Once the limited company has been incoporated, a business bank account needs to be opened.  Most high street banks offer competitive introductory offers and there is no restriction as to which bank may be used. 

We can assist in fast tracking an application with some of the major high street banks, please ask for further information.
